So there is like a huge chance that I might have Chronic Kidney Disease and have to go on dialysis for the rest of my life and/or have a kidney transplant.

depends on what level. diet & proper hydration will play a HUGE part in that. as will the meds that the doc will put you on. MAKE sure to get a GOOD Nephrologist!
